Adjuncts

Submitted by Kyle Grice / DePaul University on Mon, 11/23/2015 - 21:50

Hello,

We sometimes have need for adjuncts to teach general chemistry or organic chemistry lab sections (and possibly other sections). The calls for these adjuncts are sporadic, but if you are interested, let me know and I will point you in the right direction in terms of where to see if there are positions being advertised. If you are in the Chicago and want to get experience teaching in a great environment, this would be something to think about. Generally, we are looking for people who are team players, hard workers, responsible, and with great communication skills.

Submitted by Jared Paul / Villanova University on Tue, 05/12/2015 - 22:06
I was recently awarded the opportunity to hire a teaching/research post doc at Villanova University.  This post doc opportunity is for an individual who is interested in pursuing teaching and research at a Primarily Undergraduate Institution, Master’s granting institution, or small Ph.D. program.  The post doc would teach six contact hours in the fall (most likely a General chemistry class) and six contact hours in the spring (a new course that would be co-developed with me titled: Our Energy Future).
