Hi everyone,

I'm working on some research that involves knowing some energy parameters for inorganic solid compounds, specifically the band gap and electron affinity or ionization potential.  I am looking for resources that would have this type of information available; mostly so far I spend a lot of time googling for papers.  Specifically, I'm interested in compounds where one of the consituents is in a reduced or non-standard oxidation state (like P in the +3 oxidation state).
