I am looking for a collaborator to analyze a series of modified copper surfaces using XPS. Surface modifications have been confirmed by reflectance IR, but I am looking for a secondary characterization (and don't have the funding to go to a commercial analysis company).

Please let me know if you are interested in working with me on this project, or if you know of someone who might be willing. Thanks!

Hi Katherine,

Did you find someone to collaborate with to do the XPS? I know of a few groups in the energy catalysis community that use XPS, and I could give you a few names to contact. Surface modification is getting a lot of attention with regards to energy catalysis (e.g. proton reduction to H2, CO2 reduction), and copper is also a very interesting material for many energy applications.

Cheers,

Kyle
